Viva Las Vegas

We recently went to Las Vegas to go to the National Rodeo Finals with Kevin and Cassity. Her parents have invited us to go down with them for the past two years. We always have such a good time when we go. We actually ended up going to the rodeo two nights this time. It was kind of cool because it was the 50th anniversary year so they had a lot of special events. We saw Reba, Brooks and Dunn, Miranda Lambert, and the infamous Charles Barkley. They were all far away, but it was still cool to see them anyways. This picture was taken at the second night of the rodeo.
Jeff and I took a little walk on the strip in Vegas one night. After a couple hours of hearing the dinging of the slot machines, the smoke filled air, and cocktail waitresses in lingrie, I had had my fill of the Vegas Strip. Vegas is always a good place to people watch though. That was all the entertainment we needed. Vegas is definatly a very cultured place. This is Jeff in front of the Eiffel tower. Its not so much the real one, but the closest we have ever been to it thus far.
Here we are on Rodeo night #1.

This is me, Jeff, Kev, and Cass waiting for the rodeo to start with our American flags in hand. They honored vetrans of Pearl Harbor that day. They did an awesome tribute while we were there during the rodeo. As you can see, Jeff and Kev have big smiles on thier faces. They were just relieved that they didnt have to shop anymore with us girls. :)

This is one of the many shots I got of the arena at the rodeo. They did some seriously cool things while we were there. Vegas is always so fun. Thanks for inviting us Kev, Cass, Mel, and Janet.
